Join us for  Saturday afternoons during the hot summer to delve deeper into the Classical Pilates Mat Work.  The Summer Mat Intensive is an opportunity to clarify those exercises that are mystifying to you in class in order to attain the most effective workout possible.  Each session will be 3 hours and include a workout, an in-depth explanation of the exercises, and hands on assistance with specific exercises you are working on within your own practice.  

After completing the entire series you should be able to:  understand how the exercises fit together, work around minor to moderate injuries (ie: sprained ankles, broken toes and shoulder issues, etc) follow ANY pre-recorded Pilates class from online sources without any confusion.  As your need arises, you can join your regular classes at the Studio via Zoom when you can’t make it to class or are traveling.

Dates:  Saturdays - June 22, July 13 and 27, and August 17

Times:  1 – 4 pm

Cost:  $350 for all 4 sessions, $100 individually
